4. What do I need to bring to practices?
Participants should wear athletic wear, sneakers, and bring a water bottle. Please avoid wearing jeans or jewelry. Hair should be pulled back and secured with an elastic or scrunchie (no claw clips, please).
5. What items will I have to buy for my cheerleader?
This year, the first 30 registrants all items needed for your cheerleader will be provided by the Wilson Junior Lakemen. A warm-up outfit will be available for purchase but is not mandatory.
if your not part of first 30 you will need a Long Sleeve Crop Shirt, cheer shoes, and Shorts
6. Is competition mandatory?
No, participation in competition is optional. You can opt out and still participate in game-day cheer.
7. What is the practice schedule?

Practices typically start the last week of July and run Monday-Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Once games begin, practice will shift to Tuesday-Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
8. What does a practice look like?
Each practice begins with a warm-up and stretching. Then we will focus on game-day cheers, stunts, tumbling, and the competition routine. Water breaks will be provided throughout practice.
9. When is competition?
The dates for competition will be announced once the specific competition(s) are determined.
10. How do I sign up or opt out of competition?
Once the competition(s) are confirmed, we will send out a permission slip for parents to sign, allowing you to either sign up for or opt out of participation.
